Who we are

What we collect

When you request a demo, we receive what you type in the form:

• Your name, work email and company
• Your mobile number, if you give one
• The solution you are interested in and your message
• The language of the page you used

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal information in the form.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your request: to contact you, prepare your demo and send you a confirmation email. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you agree to it.

How your request reaches us

The form does not store your details on this website. It sends them by email to our sales mailbox, and sends you a confirmation, through Microsoft 365. Your request is then kept in that mailbox.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.

To see which pages are read, we count page views with a privacy-friendly analytics service from our hosting provider. It sets no cookies, does not identify you and keeps no personal profile; it records only the page, the referring website, the country, and the browser and device type.

If you choose the light or dark theme, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It is never sent to us.

To show the right wording, the website reads the country your connection comes from, as reported by our hosting provider. We use it only for that page view and do not store it.

Who else handles it

Only the providers that run this website and our email: our hosting provider, which may keep standard server logs such as IP address, browser and time for security, and Microsoft, which runs our mailbox. Each handles the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep demo requests for as long as we are talking with you, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless you become a customer. You can ask us to delete your request at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct it
• Delete it
• Stop contacting you

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website handles your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
